My channels is lagging and freezing, even when I have set the buffer correct. What should I do?

To fix this, you need to optimize the settings of your router. Some broadband provider (such Bahnhof) may have more difficulty with these and can not always fix

There are some people who may experience lag, freezes and other factors when they make use of IPTV, regardless of vendor. Or that it does not work, accounting and buffers / connecting. This is usually due to a misconfigured router, a router that can not distribute the packets properly and the fragmentation of the packets. If using a VPN, you should disable it. Otherwise, you need to optimize your router so that the traffic front / back go through without any hindrance. To fix this, you need to optimize the settings of your router.

When I press the button for subtitles, it doesnt work. What should I do?
Right now we have no subtitles to our channels. It is a feature that we will implement in the future, when that happens we do not know yet. There are only a few channels and VoD Multisub that works with subtitles.

You have most likely missed something in the instructions, but appears not up as it usually depends on an error in PVR IPTV SIMPLE CLIENT. A reinstallation of Kodi wont usually solve the problem. However, there must be a complete uninstallation of Kodi, more information is available here

[Kodi] My EPG is 1 hour before/after, what should I do?
You can go to My Addons in System Settings and look for PVR IPTV SIMPLE CLIENT, go to Configure, and in the EPG tab, you change the setting EPG TIME SHIFT with +1 or -1 hours depending on your problem. Then, check the TIME SHIFT APPLY TO ALL CHANNELS, save and restart Kodi.

[SmartTV] I have paid for my account but I got a message with “Your 7-day trial period has ended” What should I do?
This is not a problem really, and do not have much to do with us. SmartIPTV is an App developed, sold and maintained by SIPTV.EU. Program is free to use for 7 days must then be purchased for a one time fee of € 5.49. You can either do it directly on the screen with a credit card or through their website siptv.eu/activation
Note that after the payment is made, it must be added to your channel list in again. To do this, follow the instructions for SmartTV.

[SmartTV] My channels is gone from my list, what should I do?
Some updates to the app SmartIPTV reset your list. You will then re-enter your channel list by following the instructions for SmartTV.

Start by checking that you have not added with a space when you paste your subscription link on siptv.eu. There should be no space at all, either at the beginning or end of the link. This is the most common mistake. If you have done this and it still does not work, you should take a look at paragraph Router Optimization, further up on this page under General Troubleshooting. If it still does not work, it’s your TV who have difficulty interpreting the list. Then you can simply click on your subscription link on the computer or paste it into a browser. Then your computer will download a file. You go to siptv.eu/mylist and do a reset on your Mac and this time select the option to upload your local IPTV playlist (5Mb file size limit) where you enter your MAC, upload the file you just downloaded, select Various list and check the Keep Online. NOTE NOTE !!! Keep in mind that this was the solution for your problem, you will never be able to get channel updates and changes as we do, but you have to download the file and put it here again when you want to update your channel list.

[MAG] When I start up the box, it gives me black screen with the text “Loading portal failed” or “Portal loading error”. What should I do?
This is because your box does not have any internet connection, even though you might think that it has. The fix is to do this. Pull out the power from both the router and box. Wait 15 minutes. Reconnect power to the router. Wait 5 minutes. Plug the MAG booth current. Now it should work. If it still does not work, check your network / Internet connection.
